Capital named a best place to work in money management

Capital has been recognized as a 2018 Best Place to Work in Money Management by Pension & Investments, a leading financial-industry publication. We were ranked third among asset managers with 1,000 or more employees.

“Our shared sense of purpose, cultural values and focus on associates makes Capital a great place to work.”

Tim Armour

This is the first time Capital participated in the annual recognition program, which has been growing in prestige over the last several years. P&I chose Capital as an honoree based on survey responses from 400 associates selected at random. The survey assessed eight essential attributes of a great workplace, including leadership, culture, work environment and role satisfaction.

Learn more about this special recognition in an article published by P&I, which includes an interview with John Renfro, Capital’s Chief Human Resources Officer. John affirms, “Diversity and inclusion is a key priority and the cornerstone of everything we do.”

Tim Armour, Capital Group Chairman, is also quoted, reflecting, “I’ve worked at Capital for over 35 years, and I can say with confidence that our shared sense of purpose, cultural values and focus on associates makes Capital a great place to work.”
