Based in Hong Kong, this role is part of the Global Meeting and Events Team and is responsible for developing and executing a variety of corporate access meetings and events across the Asia Region.  This includes internal conferences, roadshows and bespoke trips.  This role would manage access to corporates, industry experts, academics, government officials, and internal investment professionals.


Primary Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Corporate Access team on execution of corporate access activities
  • Directly engage with Investment Professionals, Company Investor Relations, Company Management and Brokers to develop internal conference and trip meeting schedules
  • Will need to manage logistics from beginning to end; make decisions with little oversight
  • Develop and maintain data reporting related to corporate access engagement to evaluate meetings and services
  • Lead planning calls, providing guidance and opinions
  • Other administrative duties and ad hoc responsibilities as required

 

Qualifications

  • 3+ years corporate access execution or meetings & events coordination in the financial industry
  • Self-motivated individual who is able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
  • Communicate in a clear, concise, confident and accurate manner, able to interact with all organizational levels, both internal and externally
  • Strong interpersonal, relationship building skills, business acumen, and commitment to providing superior customer service
  • Experience planning meetings and events across Asia
  • A creative and innovative thinker with strong problem-solving, consulting and influencing skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong organizational, prioritization and time management skills; ability to manage multiple programs at one time
  • Willingness to travel 20-25% and attend evening and weekend events
  • Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and English
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Familiar with meeting technology (e.g. Cvent, Outlook, etc.)
