As a Continuous Improvement (CI) Lead for the Enterprise Change Office, you’ll engage and influence senior business leaders to advance the adoption of Operational Excellence (OpEx) disciplines and mindsets for a variety of business groups within Capital Group. You’ll build and champion a culture of OpEx among Capital Group leadership and associates by educating them on the operational excellence tools, methods, behaviors, mindset and benefits.

 

You will lead process improvement efforts supporting senior business leaders in maximizing the processes, services and products provided to their customers.

  • You have an in-depth knowledge of Continuous Improvement with certification as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt along with experience in Design Thinking.

  • You have experience providing strategic thought leadership and driving innovation and change

  • You are a skilled communicator, with the ability to articulate your perspective and influence a diverse audience

  • You are a collaborative problem solver and skilled at establishing, nurturing and growing working relationships with clients and colleagues

  • You are a driver, self-directed and focused on delivering tangible results

  • You have strong organization skills, and an in-depth knowledge of project management.

  • You have strong facilitation skills to include the ability to design and lead complex meetings, workshops and training experiences
