Capital Group is a research institution but we need a well trained sales force to deliver our message, which is where this role comes into play.

 

Our Department:
Our small but mighty band of Sales Force Developers create the training materials used by our trainers and wholesalers to help maximize the return on our sales team efforts.

 

Our Team:
Our Sales Enablement Consultant team of five associates is centrally located in Irvine and supports our global sales needs. If you join our team, you will have the opportunity to directly impact our organization by partnering with leadership to improve our sales cycle results.

 

In This Role You Will:

  • Develop sales training materials to focus on a deeper understanding of the sales cycle; including the introduction, discovery, handling objections, and closing to the next step
  • Manage projects and work collaboratively with many different associates to create best-in-class learnings
  • Validate information through interaction with SMEs and create learning prototypes
  • Research industry best practices and stays current on trends and technologies

 

Your Experience Includes:

  • Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of sales training, adult learning practices and instructional design
  • Experiences with sales roles and sales methodologies (Miller-Heiman, Richardson, and SPIN)
  • Planning processes and work for a group or team to assure work is completed in a timely manner
  • Leading and managing projects across multiple teams or groups
  • Facilitating and consulting skills. Anticipates the needs of clients groups
  • Collaborates and develops/maintains relationships within Capital
