As a Summer Associate in the Predictive Analytics Lab (PAL), you will have a unique opportunity to be immersed into an environment of exploration, research, and statistical wizardry that will change the future of our client and associate experience.

What you will do:

  • You’ll work collaboratively in a think tank environment to solve some of the most important and complex issues we face in servicing our clients.
  • You’ll innovate with talented colleagues and be guided by experienced leaders.
  • You’ll build relationships with colleagues and business leaders across the organization.

Who we’re looking for:

  • You are passionate about using data to predict behavior.
  • You are a creative problem-solver with demonstrated intellectual curiosity.
  • You are able to communicate effectively in delivering complex data-driven findings.
  • You will be graduating with your Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Economics, Machine Learning, Computer Science or related quantitative focus in May/June 2020 or later.
  • You are proficient in data visualization tools (i.e. Tableau), analysis tools (i.e. R, SAS, SQL), and/or coding experience (Java, C++, Python or Perl) (preferred).
