As a Retirement Plans Operations Summer Associate, you will have a unique opportunity to learn about the retirement plan industry and create value by identifying trends and participating in process design for our associates and customers. Our Retirement Plans Services operations team is passionate about supporting our internal team by providing data analysis, procedural design, and education relative to a variety of topics.

  • You’ll enhance department reports to create efficiencies and provide trend analysis
  • You’ll analyze issues/trends and work with management to resolve
  • You’ll research, evaluate and respond to procedural inquiries and make recommendations for updates
  • You’ll provide data statistics to Business Analytics team for use in recurring business reporting
  • You’ll review, research, and communicate impacts of regulatory/legislative updates
  • You’ll research and resolve potential data privacy issues
  • You’ll facilitate subpoena responses to oversee data collection process and ensure timely and accurate response
  • You’ll perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

  • You are currently a Sophomore in college, graduating in 2023
  • You are passionate about learning the financial services and retirement industry
  • You are analytical and have a knack for understanding data themes and trends
  • You are a continuous learner with strong relationship-building and collaboration skills
  • You are proficient in MS Office products
  • You have a GPA of 3.0 or higher
