As a Senior Program Manager, you will drive delivery of large and complex initiatives and will be expected to lead with an influential point of view. Your scope will include a range of projects supporting the Information Technology group. You will be working with our Infrastructure, Architecture and Security teams to drive the standardization, automation, and optimization of our public cloud current and future presence, including improving cloud developer experience. The range of work is broad, and your depth of knowledge in a specialized technology field is welcomed. 


You will ensure outcomes for the projects are clear, executive support exists for our initiatives, effective prioritization is being applied, and key accountabilities are understood and adopted. You will lead a team consisting of a mix of project managers, senior project analysts, project analysts/associates and subcontractors to accomplish this work.

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study.
  • You have 5+ years of Senior Program Management experience in Information Technology.
  • You have technical knowledge and experience in either focus area:
    • Cloud Services - Good understanding of public cloud benefits, services, and solutions (AWS, Azure). Experience executing large scale hybrid and public cloud transformation including business case and roadmap development.
  • You have experience with modern ways of working: moving from projects to products, product management of technology products, agile frameworks (team of teams, SAFe, LeSS), business agility.
  • You are adept at weaving change management, the art of acceptance and adoption, into the fabric of your projects.
  • You are a transformational leader who engages and inspires others to achieve meaningful results.
  • You’ve led high performing teams and have the confidence and courage to add value.
  • You’ve had previous success with strategic and/or operational project delivery experience (business strategy, process improvement, change management, etc.), and have the ability to apply and lead flexible delivery models to execute the work.
  • You are a skilled communicator. You place a high value on being authentic, respectful and engaging. You’ve fine-tuned your communication style to influence a variety of personalities.
  • When developing a vision, you consider long term impacts and make a personal commitment to exploring diverse perspectives and dissenting viewpoints.
