The End User Computing Technology Engineer IV will be responsible for the design, integration, implementation, and operational support of enterprise endpoint management infrastructure, end-user productivity systems and related applications.

We are looking for a high performing Technology Engineer to drive the corporate strategy for end user computing. You should have deep understanding of desktop and mobile technologies, and a commitment to ensuring satisfied customers.  As a member of the End User Computing Engineering team, you are developing and integrating solutions which improve end user productivity experiences.

  • Drives technology strategy ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Actively support assigned product portfolios ensuring alignment to established roadmaps
  • Leads planning, execution, operational support and development to deliver expected business outcomes
  • Proactively supports and operates solutions and takes measures to enhance processes and improve service delivery
  • Develops, implements, and ensures adherence to policies, standards, procedures, methodology
  • Actively builds new skills and challenges peers to continuously build skills and perspectives

  • A strong service orientation with a can-do attitude, adaptive to change with a real passion for the End User Computing technology space
  • Demonstrated systems engineering mindset with the ability to apply a systematic approach to problem solving, driven by data, and understanding tradeoffs
  • Solution development and integration experience demonstrating elements of rigor, design, operational oversight, and accountability for products owned and operated
  • In-depth knowledge of End User Computing technologies:
    • End user operating environments (Windows, MacOS, mobile)
    • Productivity tools (Office 365, Adobe Creative Cloud)
    • Systems management tools (SCCM, JAMF, Workspace ONE, or Intune)
    • Desktop Virtualization (VMware Horizon, Hyper-V, or Citrix)
    • Endpoint Protection (SEP, Defender, Tanium)
    • Programming/Scripting/Database tools (PowerShell, Visual Basic, MS SQL, or others)
    • Networking (Communication protocols, routing, subnet masking, ports, DHCP, DNS, firewalls, proxy, virtual networks)
  • In depth knowledge of concepts, procedures, and techniques for supporting End User Computing in an enterprise environment including:
    • Technology product lifecycle management, from cradle to grave
    • Root cause analysis and data correlation analysis
    • Vendor management
    • Service management (incident/problem/change)
  • Strong listening, reasoning, facilitation, and objection handling skills
  • Strong cross-team collaboration skills
  • Strong organizational/interpersonal skills and possess excellent time management skills
  • Effective communications with all levels of leadership, and proven record of successful projects, in partnership with business stakeholders
