The End User Computing Technology Engineer, under general supervision, will be responsible for direct contributions to the stability, integrity, and smooth operational support of the end user platforms, including hardware, OS and core applications.


We are looking for a high performing Technology Engineer to assist in the engineering and support of technologies that create and manage end users’ computing equipment and software.  You should have general understanding of the Windows, MacOS and Mobile OSes and some familiarity with the related support infrastructure.  As a member of the End User Computing Engineering team, you are instrumental in supporting day-to-day operations to improve end user productivity including various levels of problem-solving. As a member of the team, you will:

  • Assist with support of technical product(s) that align to tech roadmaps and CG business strategy
  • Contribute to planning, execution, and operational support to deliver expected business outcomes
  • Proactively assist in supporting and managing solutions, using metrics to enhance processes and improve service delivery
  • Maintain and manage engineering test equipment and inventory.
  • Participate in developing, implementing, and ensuring adherence to policies, standards, procedures, and methodologies

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical field
  • You have at least 3 years’ experience in End User Computing with strong operational support
  • You have a solid understanding of systems engineering with the ability to adopt/apply a systematic approach to problem solving, driven by data, and understanding variables
  • You have a strong service orientation with a can-do attitude, adaptive to change with a real passion for the End User Computing technology space
  • You have a solid understanding of engineering rigor, design, operational oversight, and accountability for products owned and operated
  • You’re knowledgeable of concepts, procedures, and techniques for building and supporting End User Computing devices at scale in an enterprise
  • Your experience includes basic scripting/programming/application integration experience
  • You have strong knowledge of End User Computing technologies including:
    • End user operating environments (Windows, MacOS, mobile)
    • Productivity tools (Office 365)
    • Endpoint Protection and management (SCCM, CrowdStrike, Defender, Tanium)
    • Networking (TCPIP, DNS, DHCP, Routing, etc.)
  • Your skills include effective written and verbal communication
