Capital Group’s Enterprise Change Office is made up of 140+ dedicated initiative delivery and practice experts that lead initiatives by business domain including Sales and Marketing, Global Business Operations, Investment Operations, and Information Technology. From the largest strategic business initiatives to enterprise technology products and services, you ensure the right solution for the business problem at hand and address challenges at their core. You contribute to the development of products, services, and experiences that disrupt markets, generate value, and positively impact millions of lives.

 

The Europe & Asia marketing toolkit has grown organically. The breadth of material has led to production overheads, along with challenges in maintaining consistency. To successfully scale the business, it is necessary to streamline, rebalance and automate the toolkit, to deliver that content digitally and to establish clear ownership and accountability. We want to achieve this whilst retaining excellence in client service.

 

The purpose of this role is to work with marketing teams and Project Managers to expedite the simplification of the toolkit. This will include:

 

  • Agreeing what the target toolkit should be per fund and market, using this as a baseline to control future change
  • Helping to articulate and present proposed changes to the toolkit
  • Validating and evidencing how proposals will reduce production overheads and increase utility
  • Engaging with the seismic team to optimize usage of our live documents
  • Helping to align digital content with website development

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • You have meaningful project experience in managing and leading cross-functional teams, business analysis, process design/re-engineering/optimization and implementing workflow solutions. 
  • You have a solid understanding of the asset management industry with several years of experience. 
  • You are a skilled communicator. You place a high value on being authentic, respectful and engaging. You’ve facilitated effective meetings, ranging in size with diverse audiences. You develop compelling visual and written content targeted to your audience that enables decision making.
  • You are a strong, critical thinker with demonstrated ability to analyze challenges and develop thoughtful recommendations.
  • You are a collaborative problem solver, ensuring key stakeholders are involved to reach effective and supported decisions.
  • You are skilled at establishing, nurturing and growing working relationships with clients, team members and shared services upon which you rely.
  • You have strong organization skills, you are a driver, self-directed and focused on delivering tangible value to the business.
  • Preferred: You have worked in agile environments and understand the agile mindset, one of flexibility, comfort with ambiguity and familiarity with agile project management practices.
