The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for supporting the needs of 3-4 investment professionals within the Capital Solutions Group (CSG), an investment unit supporting all fund of funds research, analysis, and investment recommendations on underlying fund allocations. The ideal candidate must be exceedingly well-organized, have strong multitasking skills, enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting a new and fast-paced department, and have a strong inclination to work in a team-oriented environment. Attention to detail is as important as keeping an eye on the big picture. Forward-thinking individuals will excel in this role if they can anticipate the daily needs of management and identify opportunities to improve work processes for themselves and the department.


What you will be doing:

  • Calendar management
  • Scheduling/coordination of logistics for meetings with internal and external contacts
  • Managing travel arrangements (domestic and international) and completing expense reports
  • Organizing and maintaining information that may be sensitive, confidential or technical in nature
  • Exercising good judgment to effectively manage multiple projects with shifting priorities
  • Distributing, collecting, and tracking documents and documenting processes producing general correspondence, reports and presentation
  • Work on special projects and perform additional responsibilities as needed


What we’re looking for:

  • A minimum of 3-4 years of previous administrative experience in a corporate environment and supporting at least one senior executive
  • Previous experience in financial services strongly preferred
  • Strong accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and professional demeanor
  • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks in a timely manner
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of SharePoint and OneNote is a plus
