As a Business System Administrator Senior, you will work as a subject matter expert for a suite of technology platforms that support a team of Experiential Marketing Specialists. As a team we design, plan and execute tailored, one of a kind event experiences that exceed individual and business expectations, while remaining true to our brand and culture. In partnership with Marketing, Sales and our Leadership teams across the business, the Business System Administrator Sr. is responsible for the technology that enables in-person and virtual experiences that bring to life the value proposition of Capital Group and showcases our brand and product stories. This role enables closeness with our customers, unique team experiences, and a standout brand that is right fit to our highest priority market segments. 


  • You can assist in the development process, identifies purpose and goals of the program with marketing stakeholders, analyzes alternatives, makes recommendations to meet business objectives and measures event outcomes
  • You analyze priorities and event design for in-person and virtual event experiences
  • You provide support for multi-channel projects that include audio visual, live experiential events, webinars, social and digital customer journeys and the vendors that support these areas.
  • You can work on multiple timelines with multiple stakeholders; influences stakeholders’ decisions, communicate with vendors and with business partners to meet business needs.
  • You will manage attendee communication including pre-event marketing, invitations, registration, event mobile app support and the creation of post-event feedback surveys.
  • You will perform post event analysis, including issuing surveys, analyzing trends and evaluating meeting effectiveness.
  • You can create lessons learned to apply to future execution and documents processes for future use.
  • Monitors industry trends, competitive landscape, social media, and device landscape to inform and inspire the development of new event experiences and activations.
  • You demonstrate sound judgement in resolving matters of moderate complexity
  • You participate in special projects that benefit the operations of the department 
  • You develop and maintains effective professional relationships with key external and internal customers, business units, vendors, and colleagues.

  • You have 5+ years of experience in an event-related field
  • You have experience managing internal and external partners.
  • You have proven success in showing initiative by identifying issues and recommending solutions.
  • You demonstrate sound judgment in resolving matters of high complexity.
  • You have strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact, influence, and negotiate effectively with peers and all levels of management, inside and outside the organization.
  • You are proficient in event technology tools and platforms, such as Cvent, Bizzabo, PGI and similar products, to support in-person, virtual, webinars and hybrid events
