Capital International Asset Management (a Capital Group affiliate) has offered investment solutions to Canadian investors since 2000. We’re a small and growing business. Our team is searing for a Digital Channel Producer for Canada who will be responsible for all aspects of our financial advisor email marketing program and will also help support website content publishing.

As part of a Los Angeles-based marketing team, you will collaborate with associates across North America. Success measures will largely depend on your technical skills, organization attention to detail, and prioritization capabilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Develops, codes, and broadcasts emails to intended audiences.
  • Develops objectives and key messages, identifies audiences, sets milestones and target dates, and establishes, tracks and reviews deliverables for accuracy.
  • Develops dashboards and reports to analyze engagement rates and identify lead generation opportunities.
  • Determines gaps between email business needs and current email capabilities and recommends/executes effective solutions to address gaps.
  • Ensures compliance with Canadian anti-spam legislation.
  • Collaborates with marketing, sales and compliance associates to create engaging and interactive experiences for respective channel.
  • Provides support for website content management, including web publishing and coordination with offshore web publishing team.
  • Identifies trends and inefficiencies in production processes and practices and participates in efforts to implement solutions.
  • Stays abreast of recent channel trends to include the latest creative tools, techniques and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of experience creating email campaigns to meet key business objectives.
  • In-depth understanding of at least one email service provider (SalesForce Marketing Cloud/ExactTarget preferred). Working knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager for web publishing and basic Photoshop skills for image processing.
  • Knowledge of channel production techniques and analytics tools.
  • Meticulous attention to detail in written communication and documentation.
  • Success in navigating large volumes of work with varying deadlines.
  • Demonstrates initiative and collaborates effectively with associates in multiple locations.
