As one of our Client Relationship Specialists, you'll work closely with our Private Wealth Advisors to support their business plan, to deepen existing relationships and build new ones, managing all aspects of the client relationship, and have oversight over the establishment of new accounts and processing of maintenance requests. You are fluent in delivering phenomenal client service.  You take pride in anticipating needs and driving solutions.  You enjoy strategizing, planning and executing to meet objectives.  You are self-directed and can operate successfully in a team dynamic.  You are never too busy for a conversation because you strive to make every customer feel valued. Your focus and attention on clients’ needs is your number one priority. You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where critical thinking and proactive teamwork is essential for success.

  • Ideally, you will have a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a relevant field of study
  • You know the financial services industry, especially in dealing with the needs of high-net-worth individuals and have the interest and ability to develop a deep understanding of investment concepts and the services Capital Group offers.
  • You have client relationship experience within the financial services sector. You are familiar with wealth management concepts, business processes and regulations.
  • You appreciate the sense of accomplishment achieved when you solve a problem using your good judgment.
  • You are highly observant and have a great amount of anticipation. This helps you engage with clients, internal teams and Advisors in a comprehensive manner, ensuring nothing is missed.
  • You thrive in team settings. You have excellent communication skills, ask great questions, bounce ideas off others and confidently share your perspective.
