As a Virtual Content Manager, you will be a member of Capital Group’s broader Marketing team and will manage, lead and drive the creation of high value content across businesses including Wealth Management and Institutional Retirement. You will lead a high-performance team to collaborate with leaders and cross-functional partners from marketing, sales, our investment product teams, compliance/legal and SMEs from across the organization to create compelling digital content and messaging to support the growth of the business. Tapping into your deep messaging, content development and digital UX and capabilities knowledge, coupled with your ability to understand, process and leverage data within the highly regulated financial services industry, you will lead the development of interactive digital content on various content platforms. Lastly, you will ensure the content is relevant, compelling and engaging to our audiences and meaningfully differentiates us from the competition.


I am the right person Capital Group is looking for: 


  • You have a deep understanding of the financial services industry across Wealth Management and Institutional Retirement and have knowledge of the interconnections between the internal stakeholders to our external audiences.
  • You have significant experience in successfully leading and managing a creative and digital development team in a coach-player approach to develop compelling messaging and content across Wealth Management and Institutional Retirement audiences.
  • You have significant experience managing a team of contractor resources.
  • Your expertise showcases your command of marketing channels, design techniques and technical data analytics which will take our ideas into the marketplace.
  • You have the innovative and creative ability to translate complex ideas into compelling, sophisticated, and informative customer-facing material.
  • You hold a portfolio of digital/virtual creative content that exemplifies an ability to develop highly effective and engaging creative solutions.
  • You are an opportunity seeker who can identify scalable extensions of digital content expressions.
  • You are excited about the opportunity to drive quality and consistency to ensure we build recognition for high quality content.
