As a Digital Project Manager you will manage the development of a vision, strategy and roadmap for a digital concierge offering that will support financial advisors. You will play a critical role in the opportunity assessment and discovery processes. 
  • Oversees all aspects of the user experience for our users
  • Discovers product opportunities/ enhancements that are valuable, useable and feasible
    • Facilitates and coordinates idea generation and input from stakeholders, team members and pilot members
    • Develops deep user insights and business knowledge and expertise and continuously deepens that knowledge to envision opportunities that are valuable
    • Works with user experience and technology teams to envision product enhancements and new features that are usable and can be socialized and concept tested with pilot members
  • Reviews (daily, weekly, monthly, etc.) performance of mobile experience via analytics to optimize and improve performance. Leverages testing strategies from pilot group to improve user experience
  • Collaborates with key business partners and marketing pods to ensure alignment with key business priorities
  • Accountable for monitoring performance, optimization and efficacy of content to maximize impact and increase usage
  • Collaborates with stakeholders to develop and socialize product vision, strategy, roadmap, comprehensive release plan and key initiatives broadly with stakeholders and teams
  • Communicates complex user insights; presents summary findings to appropriate stakeholders and team members; incorporates applicable user findings and trends into business plans and strategies
  • Researches, monitors and analyzes emerging mobile topics and trends to assess and make recommendations on the future direction of product
  • Provides leadership for the team by supporting training and development of other associates; serves as a positive role model
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Digital (Web, Mobile, other channels) and/or user experience with working knowledge of Marketing 
  • Meaningful experience in the development and launch of a Mobile strategy, roadmap and execution
  • Experience developing business cases and project plans
  • Passion and interest in Financial Services is preferred
  • Ability to effectively plan and manage the work of diverse, multiple teams
  • Ability to influence senior business leaders on strategic business matters
