Capital Group’s IOX is a team of analysts and builders that provide leadership and expertise on cross-functional, strategic initiatives to enable the new and different. The Digital Construction team is a team within IOX that is looking for associates to help build solutions that enable and accelerate the adoption of analytic and automation tools across IO. We have openings for Business Project Analysts and/or Sr. Business Project Analysts.
Responsibilities: 
•    Participates in projects of various size and complexity to identify and implement solutions that enable business user adoption of analytic and automation tools
•    Collaborate with business and technical teams to establish best practices that empower associates while mitigating operational risk
•    Collaborate with project leadership to drive the process to implement innovative recommendations, factoring in customer needs, external approaches, and/or competitor analysis
•    Observe industry trends to evaluate new and emerging tools and evaluate for best fit within the organization 
•    Collaborate with business teams to identify opportunities and propose solutions to automate and improve workflows
•    Works within an agile cross functional team to develop infrastructure to enable solutions that fits business needs 
•    Measures benefits of initiatives and uses the data to propose areas of focus and improvement
•    Build and contribute to a community of IO associates who have a passion for incorporating automation & analytic tools into their day to day responsibilities 
Qualifications:
•    Bachelor’s degree required
•    Experience in the investment management industry with project management and/or business analysis responsibilities with significant scope and complexity
•    Demonstrated experience using automation and/or analytics tools
•    Demonstrated ability to contribute to projects within a team or multiple teams
•    Demonstrated broad working knowledge of standard processes, tools and deliverables, process mapping, process design, and requirements gathering
•    Comfortable navigating multiple areas of the organization, including influencing and getting buy-in on technology/business process solutions and requirements.
•    Capable of managing multiple priorities and meeting deliverable deadlines.
•    Advanced skills and deep experience with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, etc.)
•    Demonstrated ability to learn new skills quickly and apply practically to day to day work
•    Coaching & mentoring of other associates in technical skills

Experience with the following skills:
•    Alteryx, Tableau, SQL
•    Business process engineering
•    Agile methodologies/project leadership
