As one of our Global Enterprise Relationship Managers, you will be responsible for delivering Capital Group’s enterprise value to the firm’s most strategically important global clients in order to enhance firm-wide strategy and provide a superior client experience to a select set of global financial institutions. You’ll help identify partnership opportunities, set growth plans and appropriate engagement strategies for the Capital Group Management Committee with key global financial institutions. You will be an integral member of an agile, cross-functional team focused on growing Capital Group’s global business.

  • You will be responsible for:
    • Creating and owning enterprise account plans / engagement roadmaps
    • Creating relationship org chart
    • Sharing the latest news on client firms
    • Helping to prepare talking points and relationship snapshots for CGMC meetings
    • Ensuring the business data is correct from I&A
    • Liaising with internal sales professionals 
    • Listening to investor calls
    • Becoming an expert in SFDC and Quip (account planning tool)
    •  3-5 years of relevant experience
