As a Senior Business Operations Manager in Investment Operations (IO), you will play a critical role in strategic and operational business management functions for Global Investment Control (GIC) Equity globally. You’ll add value as a business partner to the department’s senior leadership through planning, consulting, problem solving and coordinating on matters related to running the department.  Your scope will include budget planning and oversight, business reviews, headcount management, space planning and demand and capacity coordination. This includes managing with data to track operational health and department operating rhythm and communications.

 

You will leverage your leadership presence, flex approach and influence appropriately to align the department to Investment Operations’ mission, vision, and guiding principles. You will manage a team of administrative assistants and lead with care to motivate and nurture. To thrive in this role, you excel in operating in ambiguity and are creative in solutioning business problems that are fit for purpose.
