As a Human Resources Associate you are a critical member of the North America Client Group (NACG) Human Resources Team. You’ll provide support to four Senior Leaders while actively engaging in the day-to-day workings of the team. You’ll help drive business value by coordinating and facilitating on-boarding activities with new associates and acting as a resource to business managers on our performance management process. You will provide coordination support in various areas of HR including Total Rewards, Talent Development and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. The ad-hoc project based work that you’ll contribute to will have broad impacts for the NACG business group and within the HR function.  

 

You’ll play a key role in the support of NACG’s summer associate program by acting as a “go-to” person for our summer associates. You will act as an initial point of contact for basic HR-related questions from associates and managers. Every day will be different as you process new hire paperwork, terminations and other organizational changes, maintain accurate associate files and facilitate fingerprinting of new associates and contractors. Using tools like excel, SAP and SuccessFactors, you’ll prepare reports on various HR related metrics on a regular and ad hoc basis.
