Responsible for the strategic recruitment and program development leadership for all worldwide Campus early career efforts and diversity efforts within Talent Acquisition. Directs, supervises and supports the work of three team associates. Interacts with leaders within business areas and HRBPs to collaborate on recruiting strategies, early career and diversity programing needs.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Ensures a strong partnership between global business units/offices and the Campus team to meet hiring and programing needs in a manner that is aligned with CG’s values.
  • Partners with Senior Management on the development of long-term Campus and diversity recruiting focused goals and initiatives.
  • Provides leadership in the proactive leveraging of technology to achieve Campus and HR business needs.
  • Delivers key insights through detailed reporting to consistently engage the business (hiring and program managers) on all matters of early career and diversity recruitment, including results, trends, and best practices.
  • Assures timely, effective on-going communication and working relationships with all teams in HR that touch CG’s early career and diversity hiring efforts.
  • Maintains relationships with a network of external contacts, including diversity organizations, schools/universities, technology vendors, etc.
  • Develops team associates; collaborates with other TA managers to appropriately apply Human Resources guidelines and procedures
  • I​​​​s part of TA Leadership team and performs additional TA and HR responsibilities as assigned.

 

Talent Acquisition Diversity:

  • Support, evaluate and develop synergies for diverse candidate pipelines across Talent Acquisition.
  • Implement and ensure consistent adoption of recommendations from diversity experts and consultants.
  • Partner with recruiters to understand gaps in diverse talent during recruiting season and drive sourcing for talent in that space.
  • Coordinate broad diversity initiatives across Talent Acquisition, focusing on change management and adoption throughout the business and HR team.

 

Campus:

  • Leads and manages all Campus projects to ensure alignment with business plans and strategy.
  • Meets the early career objectives of the business through innovation, tested methods and constant pursuit of improvement.
  • Helps develop budgets and forecasts for all Campus effirts being mindful of team capacity; develops strategy to meet business needs and consults Campus clients to ensure costs are properly budgeted for by line of business.

 

Qualifications:

  • Established manager skills overseeing a team, preferably in early career recruiting space.
  • Strength in managing multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and presentations skills in order to effectively influence key decisions among a diverse group of associate and senior leaders.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data, identify trends and turn information into actionable business insights to influence decisions.
  • Excellent judgment, resilience, confidentiality, and a high degree of integrity.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
