As a Senior Publishing Specialist, you will join the Publishing organization within our North American Client Group (NACG) and serve as the primary publishing team partner for various client-facing publishing needs of internal stakeholders (Sales, Investment Product Management and Product teams)


You will be the primary touchpoint to manage the full gamut of scope for assigned publications and/or marketing materials ranging from on-time delivery on a recurring basis, to managing enhancements for publications and even taking on new publications into the scope of the publishing organization.


You are well versed in using data and analytics to make business decisions to achieve optimal publication outcomes and a positive client experience.

  • You have in-depth knowledge of financial services including Asset Management and/or Fixed Income products and have demonstrated ability to apply that knowledge in work assignments.
  • You have experience in delivering client-facing marketing materials that are rich in data, content, and statistics, within a high-achieving and fast-paced organization.
  • Proven ability to manage publishing demands from multiple, high visibility stakeholders.
  • You have a proven track record of effectively planning and prioritizing work, managing multiple deliverables in parallel and delivering outcomes in a high-intensity work environment to meet client-facing demands.
  • You can lead and manage projects of small to medium complexity within the team.
  • You demonstrate initiative by identifying issues, process improvements and can lead solutions across a variety of teams and stakeholders.
  • You understand and stay abreast of legal and compliance requirements related to Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) concepts and regulations.
  • You have high level understanding of underlying investment and product data and IT systems underlying owned publications.
  • You are comfortable navigating a matrixed corporate environment and collaborating across many internal teams at all levels to accomplish a goal.
