As a Sales Channel Lead, you will develop and build sales training, tools and resources to be delivered across multiple channels (webinar/calls, digital/web content, face to face meetings) to the Institutional sales organization that calls on consultants and plan sponsors. This could include building sales skills, training on a marketing message, or delivering education about a new sales tool, etc. You will also drive a collaborative engagement with client segment partners (including Marketing, Product, Digital, IT, etc.) to ensure that audience (i.e. plan sponsors and consultants) and sales force needs are considered and incorporated in all content, programs, and go-to-market strategies that are being developed. This includes working with the sales force to gather and provide feedback into the direction of a sales message being developed so as to make it more targeted to the needs of our audience. Further, you will provide direction and guidance to ensure content, materials and programs are relevant, timely and usable by the sales force.

 

Your strengths include staying organized despite juggling multiple projects simultaneously. You demonstrate effective communication through influencing and persuading cross-functional teams and senior leadership. You have in-depth knowledge of the Institutional marketplace (public/corporate DB & DC), including its customers, channels, and competitive landscape. You understand the Institutional sales process, and have experience with best practices, tools and technologies.
