As our Sales Operations (Enablement) Specialist, you’ll play a critical role on Wealth Management team. You will partner with our Sales Team and other departments within Capital Group and help deliver the necessary tools, content, reporting, training, process, and share best practices to support the sales team and ensure they are successful in their day-to-day activities. A typical day includes working with Saleforce.com, other applications and with several departments managing several priorities.

  • You have extensive experience in all things salesforce.com including sales and marketing clouds, integrations, app exchange products, data modeling, reports, dashboards and lists.
  • You have extensive knowledge of PowerBi and know how to create reports and dashboards.
  • You have the unique ability to work with/build relationships across all levels of the organization from leaders to associates and different departments from sales, marketing, operations, product, compliance, IT and data and analytics.
  • You are a proven leader with a track record of process improvements using data and reporting.
  • You enjoy understanding corporate goals, strategy and initiatives and providing reporting towards KPIs.
  • You have a bachelor’s degree, advanced skills in Excel and wealth management industry experience.
