As a Senior E- Mail Digital Channel Marketing Specialist, you demonstrate full knowledge of the email channel, have a solid foundation in digital marketing, and are an experienced individual contributor. You can independently design, build, and own strategic integrated channel experiences. Drive strategy for channel innovation, execute projects and campaigns, and leverage a data-driven approach to deliver client experiences. Act as the channel subject matter expert for your internal clients.

    • I can leverage deep knowledge of the business, audience, and technology to design and build sales and marketing CX journeys to drive engagement

    • I can work with cross-functional teams to develop requirements, determine scope, and outline objectives to manage and deliver channel programs
    • I can be responsible for analyzing and weighing potential platform strategies and recommend the appropriate direction for the assigned audience
    • I can guide and implement continuous improvement of processes and technologies to optimize channel operations, performance, and change management practices
    • I can administer marketing automation configuration tools to deliver integrated, targeted, and personalized audience experiences
    • I can contribute, and ensure compliance, to the development of channel platform standards and processes set by global design and digital teams


  • I can build and deploy integrated digital marketing solutions
    • I can use Salesforce platforms (Marketing Cloud, Journey Builder & Salesforce Sales Cloud) to build and execute digital campaigns, including email creation, campaign automation, audience segmentation, data integrations, content personalization, and experience flows
    • I am highly proficient in email and web coding languages: HTML, CSS, AmpScript (or JavaScript) and SQL
    • I can ensure best practices are implemented for email design, responsive and cross client behavior, deliverability, reputation management and compliance standards
    • I can inform development of email and web style guides and standards in collaboration with Creative and Brand teams
  • I can measure and drive channel performance
    • I can maintain a data-first approach through continual tracking, reporting, optimization, and experimentation (A/B or multivariate testing) to meet or exceed goals
    • I can prepare accurate reports on project and campaign performance
    • I can derive insights to recommend new ideas, identify opportunities for optimization and help develop recommended strategies to drive results
    • I can consult with business and marketing partners to review audience performance and trends
    • I can lead decision-making on optimizing results to maximize user experiences
