Global Client Services is part of Capital Group’s Investment Operations organization, with offices in Los Angeles, London, Singapore, and Tokyo. Global Client Services services Capital’s institutional and select retail clients, prospects and intermediaries, and supports related marketing, sales and distribution teams. The mission of Global Client Services is to deliver a superior client experience and enable the distribution of Capital Group’s investment services globally.

This Senior Analyst on the Global Client Activity Team, works both independently and as part of a team primarily to lead coordination of new product implementation activities across Investment Operations. The Senior Analyst will collaborate with a number of internal business areas including Legal, Distribution, Accounting and Operations. In addition to their product implementation coordination activities, the Senior Analyst may lead or participate in cross department initiatives, and support Global Client Activity Team institutional or SMA/UMA client activities (i.e. onboarding of new accounts/sponsors, etc.).


  • Leads coordination for new product implementation activities across Investment Operations teams
  • Leads efforts to develop requirements and design new operational processes or process enhancements related to new product implementation 
  • Manages new product impact assessments for Investment Operations for use in resource planning, prioritization and business case development
  • Communicates and engages frequently with key business partners across Investment Operations, Distribution, Business Management and the Enterprise Project Management Office  
  • Participates in cross departmental and strategic initiatives by identifying and analyzing operational related impacts and coordinating across Investment Operations
  • May also support Global Client Activity Team client activities such as onboarding new accounts, contributions, withdrawals, terminations, and audits


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in work experience required
  • Experience with operations in the investment management or financial services industry is highly desired
  • Flexibility to work in a fast paced environment, handling multiple tasks with the ability to adjust priorities to meet changing timelines/requests
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, ability to keep many different business areas up to date on coordination activity, also ability to organize and facilitate conference calls involving a large number of departments and participants
