As a Sr. Tax Payroll Analyst, you’ll be the subject matter expert on all individual multi-state tax compliance issues around mobility and a key member of our North America payroll team coordinating and leading various projects within the payroll department. You will lead and oversee global payroll activities, research multi-state and international payroll tax issues and review IRS filings. Having a strong accounting background, you will manage end to end processes and audits of multistate taxation, partner with Payroll, Finance, and HR teams to advise on establishment of new locations and companies, and provide research and recommendations on changes to payroll processes and reporting to ensure compliance. To thrive in this role, you are a subject matter expert on payroll tax processes with experience collaborating across various internal and external partners to advise on all payroll tax related matters.

  • You have a successful track record of analyzing, reviewing, researching and resolving complex US and International payroll and pension tax issues
  • You come from a large or medium size organization having dealt with complex multi-state payroll tax issues.
  • You serve as a subject matter expert to identify and evaluate regulatory changes and can implement new processes and procedures to ensure compliance.
  • Attention to detail has always been your thing and you’re a skilled communicator and thrive in team settings by being authentic, inquisitive, respectful and engaging. You are able to clearly communicate complex issues to a variety of audiences.
  • You exercise good judgement and have a process for managing competing priorities.  You are totally comfortable when priorities shift, and you manage change with steadfast composure. 
  • You are curious and analytical. You enjoy the challenge of finding an answer and making sense of complex information to effectively solve problems. You’re a tech-savvy problem solver.  You have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Products and you are an Advanced Excel user. You have experience with payroll applications.  CPA is a plus.
