As a Solution Design Product Manager, you play a critical role in leading the design and recommendations for end-to-end solutions of business problems within Investment Operations (IO) and as a member of the IOX team. You are a thought leader who demonstrates the ability to acquire deep functional domain knowledge and technical solution design experience. Your recommendations have a direct impact in addressing strategic, end to end business challenges and your solutions support the growth of the business. You have experience building processes and capabilities and understand how to grow and scale them. 

 

You are a creative thinker and idea person. You bring ideas and insights that will support an environment of continuous improvement. Your key stakeholders include IO business partners, Capital Group’s Project Management Office and the Information Technology Group. You will lead by example to teams (within IOX and across IO), influencing others to act while nurturing an environment that fosters new ways of thinking and values different perspectives. You’ll help drive business value by leading projects that have significant scope and complexity. Your career has been built upon your success in influencing key stakeholders towards solutions that best support the strategic direction of an organization.

  • You stay up to date on industry trends and are knowledgeable in Agile delivery methodology, design thinking, digital construction and workshop sprints.
  • You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where critical thinking and proactive teamwork is essential for success.
  • You're familiar with back office operations in an asset management setting and understand the complexities of order management, portfolio compliance and trade processing and settlement.
  • You have a bachelor’s degree.
