Our Team:

Our Talent Acquisition team of 50 associates is centrally located in Southern California, and supports our global recruiting needs. If you join our team, you will have the opportunity to directly impact our organization by partnering with leadership to attract top HR talent at all levels.

 

You will sit within a team of recruiters who support our North American Distribution (NAD) and Private Client Services (PCS) organizations. You’ll be part of a team that genuinely cares about helping you grow. Our Search:

We are searching for a Recruiter who leverages strategic talent insights in order to diagnose and address HR hiring needs for Capital Group. You will manage every component of the recruiting lifecycle from beginning to end. If you are moved forward in this process, we will want to hear about your experience with managing client relationships, developing searching strategies, identifying and engaging passive/active candidates, assessing and assessing leaders, and managing talent pipelines.

 

In This Role You Will:

  • Partner with hiring teams to effectively describe opportunities in realistic and marketable ways
  • Create and execute robust searches utilizing recruitment marketing and employer branding strategies
  • Conduct interviews using a competency based assessment model in order to mitigate bias
  • Consult with hiring teams throughout the search to provide timely updates, facilitate debrief discussions, and influence appropriately
  • Drive action and solve complex problems through critical thinking and sound judgment
  • Create and develop meaningful relationships that aid in positive candidate experiences and leveraged talent pipelines
  • Manage partnerships with retained, contingent, and research based search firms
  • Actively contribute to broad HR initiatives that advance Capital Group’s people strategy

 

Your Experience Includes:

  • Full-cycle recruiting
  • Client Management strategies for success
  • Demonstrated experience in complex searches, competency based interviewing, and an understanding of compensation practices
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously in a deadline driven and collaborative environment 
  • A demonstrated ability to analyze complex data, identify trends and turn information into actionable business insights to influence decisions
  • A desire and demonstrated commitment to self-development with an ability to learn new technologies and identify opportunities for process improvements
  • Excellent judgment, resilience, confidentiality, and a high degree of integrity
