As a University Campus Recruiter and Programs Advisor based in our Los Angeles office, you will be a key member of the Capital on Campus Talent Acquisition team. You will partner with business leaders and HR to develop strategies to effectively identify, attract, engage, and hire early career talent. You will have the opportunity to leverage your creative thinking, innovative problem solving to consult with business groups on talent needs and assessment and creating experiences for Capital’s early career talent. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with HR colleagues and business managers to identify, attract, and hire top talent
  • Develop creative sourcing needs to include a range of diversity
  • Lead interview calibrations while providing perspective on talent/interviews
  • Work with business leaders to create new and enhance existing early career programs, training classes and experiences
  • Participating in project work around key areas tied to business strategy such as Diversity and Inclusion, Recruiting Marketing and Candidate Experience
  • Assessing candidates by utilizing behavioral interview techniques and skills gained from previous experience and understanding of the talent needs
  • Support all aspects of the Campus team as needed, including but not limited to program development and execution

 

 Qualifications:

  • Experiences in the full life cycle recruiting and/or recruiting support including assessment and candidate management skills
  • Experience collaborating with clients and HR partners to develop a strong understanding of business culture, business strategy and talent profiles to deliver on the hiring needs of the business
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Displays intellectual curiosity, analytical skills, critical thinking and sound judgment in problem resolution of moderate complexity.
  • Experience with leading recruitment tools (competency-based interviewing, CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, various Applicant Tracking Systems) is desired
  • A desire and demonstrated ability to learn and leverage new technologies and social media
  • Demonstrates high level of time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail with integrity and ownership of work
  • Bachelor’s degree required
