As an Internal Audit Analyst you will be responsible for driving the execution of the Internal Audit efforts in Europe including facilitating risk directed discussions with business areas and executive management to identify key risks and controls, to independently evaluate the design and test the operating effectiveness of key controls identified and provide control enhancement recommendations as appropriate.


You develop in-depth knowledge and comprehensive understanding of our business and will work to support local legal entities, regional business units while maintaining strong connections with the global Internal Audit function.

To be successful in this role you will have strong understanding of internal controls, data analysis competency, along with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You would describe yourself as a collaborative, energetic, trustworthy, self-starter with a drive for results and the resilience to cope with challenging situations. You will also need to be rigorous in your approach and constantly striving to improve, along with a track record of building collaborative and trusting relationships.


Essential Skills


  • University degree
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience (e.g., in internal or external audit)
  • Strong understanding of internal control and/or risk management techniques including of an asset manager’s core operational business functions
  • Ability to identify and interpret meaningful information by interrogating large amounts of data (i.e., data analytics experience)
  • Detail oriented, rigorous, and meticulous but with ability to conceptualise and see the big picture
  • Ability to work to deadlines while maintaining highest-quality standards
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills with the ability to present complex information in a simple and concise manner.
  • Strong planning and organisation skills
