As an Office Services Manager, you will serve as a steward of Capital Group’s physical work environment and associate services. You’ll have responsibility for a site budget of $2.8 million for our Norfolk, VA office comprised of 550 associates. You will be an integral partner to senior leadership and enrich our associate’s working experience by delivering innovative solutions and exceptional service. You will join a global team whose scope includes business continuity, facilities and food service operations, office safety administration, landscaping and janitorial services, among others. Your experience and expertise will facilitate the execution of high quality, efficient, innovative and cost-effective solutions.

 

You are an inclusive role model who focuses on the continuous development and optimization of your team members. You have dedicated time and attention to studying various perspectives on inclusive topics, trends and best practices.

 

You’re well-versed in managing workflow by assessing and aligning associate’s capabilities with business needs. You are an accomplished communicator across diverse populations of associates and external clients (vendors, landlords, consultants, regulatory authorities, etc.), as well as internal business functions (legal, risk and compliance, purchasing, etc.). You empower your associates to effectively respond to business requests and administer timely resolution.
