As an Investment Group Resource Assistant, you will be responsible for providing rotating interim support for two to four investment professionals at a time in our San Francisco office.  The ideal candidate must be exceedingly well-organized, have strong multitasking skills, enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting a fast-paced department, and have a strong service attitude.  Attention to detail is as important as keeping an eye on the big picture, as is the ability to balance the two perspectives. This role is uniquely suited for someone who thrives on variety, building strong relationships, and is energized by opportunities to learn and grow.



  • Heavy calendar management
  • Scheduling/coordination of details for meetings with internal and external contacts
  • Managing travel arrangements
  • Completing and tracking expense reports
  • Organization and maintenance of information that may be sensitive, confidential or technical in nature
  • Exercising good judgment to effectively manage multiple projects with shifting priorities
  • Attending and participating in designated calls and meetings
  • File management
  • Distributing, collecting, and tracking information or documents and generating correspondence, reports and presentations
  • Additional projects as assigned



  • Minimum of 2-3 years of previous administrative experience in a corporate environment, supporting at least one senior executive
  • Strong accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks in a timely manner
  • Professional attitude and demeanor
  • Strong service attitude and relationship building skills
  • Proficiency in Windows, including Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Intellectual curiosity and a drive to learn and grow
  • Previous experience in financial services preferred 
  • Knowledge of SharePoint and OneNote is a plus
