As a National Accounts Coordinator in San Antonio, you will work independently to support team and Segment Leadership on standardized/recurring business initiatives, and under direction on complex projects and analyses as needed. Provide business development support, reporting, initiative coordination, and facilitates firm communication for National Accounts business teams, including National Account Senior Managers, National Account Managers and National Account Representatives.
Primary Responsibilities:

  • Supports execution of segment business priorities and initiatives through the coordination of product launches, messaging and development of firm-specific business development strategies.
  • Coordinates activities with Marketing and other North American Distribution (NAD) business groups to develop meaningful resources to support business priorities and sales activities (e.g. communication plans, marketing pieces, emails, etc.).
  • Leads the development of detailed project plans and facilitates working group meetings for execution of small to medium size initiatives.
  • Assists with obtaining initiative approval from senior business leaders and coordinates salesforce launch communication plans with Sales Operations group.
  • Manages team priorities and provides guidance to National Accounts Senior Manager on execution of routines related to business planning, shared priorities, firm updates, budgets and engagement strategies.
  • Facilitates the dissemination of firm intelligence using the appropriate method of communication with the salesforce and relevant business groups.
  • Responsible for developing department level dashboards, reports for senior leadership, and deliverables to support client engagements (e.g. key performance indicators (KPIs), quarterly board reports (QBRs), executive briefs, pitchbooks, etc.).
  • Gathers and analyzes key firm data and works with reporting teams/systems to create ad hoc reports for National Accounts and/or firm contacts.


  • 2+ years of project or manager experience preferred.
  • Ability to lead and manage initiatives across multiple business lines or groups.
  • Project management skills, including task estimation and project communications with multiple stakeholders.
  • Initiative and intellectual curiosity by identifying issues and recommending solutions.
  • Ability to analyze information from various sources and share key findings.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills with team members, managers, senior business leaders and intermediary contacts.
