As a Senior Global Investment Control Manager, you will play a leadership role working closely with the local and global management team managing daily processes to provide outstanding service to the Investment Group, ensuring orders are processed accurately and timely and that compliance and regulatory requirements are met. You will also partner with other managers and specialists across Global Investment Control in a continued effort to streamline processes and operations across the broader business group. This will include accountability for setting goals and objectives for the team, performance management, coaching and development of Associates, and long term strategic planning for the team. Finally, you will manage a variety of internal and external relationships, including individual investment professionals, investment committees, legal and compliance, trading and other key stakeholders

  • You have an undergraduate degree. CFA, MBA or other related advanced degree preferred.
  • Your background includes experience in a management capacity at a large, complex, global organization within the financial services or investment management industry.
