You will lead a team of internal sales associates who are responsible for increasing sales and retaining assets of Capital Group Investment Management (CIAM).  You will play a critical role in ensuring alignment between internal and external team members’ activities, reinforcing the vision and purpose of the client segment, and drives the team to accomplish strategic initiatives and goals.  You will partner with North American Client Group (NACG) Insights and Analytics team to create timely sales campaigns with firms.  You will participate with our Advisor Practice Management and marketing teams, in development of Canadian specific advisor practice management curriculum.

  • Your scope will include managing daily sales operations of a team, including sales interactions (e.g., metrics), teamwork, and solving for operational issues.   
  • You will establish individual objectives in alignment with business priorities and sales strategies, driving and measuring the execution and results of sales plans.  
  • Your background includes experiences when you’ve executed on sales enablement initiatives designed to streamline efficiencies in the sales process, including partnering with Insights and Analytics to identify timely sales initiatives, monitoring the quality of client interactions, and ensuring delivery of top-quality experiences to advisors.  
  • You will partner with National Sales Manager (NSM) and external sales force members and promotes teamwork across the entire sales division(s), internally and externally.
  • To thrive in this role, you will execute on sales enablement initiatives designed to streamline efficiencies in the sales process, including partnering with Insights and Analytics to identify timely sales initiatives, monitoring the quality of client interactions, and ensuring delivery of top-quality experiences to advisors
  • Your in-depth knowledge the Canadian financial services industry.  Exhibits knowledge in current and possible future policies, practices, trends, technology and information affecting the department/ business area.
  • You have a working knowledge of investment concepts, including investment selection and analysis, asset allocation and portfolio construction methodology and ability to apply it to work assignments.
  • We will leverage your expertise and knowledge of overall capital markets.  Exhibits knowledge in current and possible future policies, practices, trends, technology and information affecting the department/ business area.
