As one of our Sales Support Coordinator, you’ll play a critical role on the Wealth Management team. You will partner with our external Sales Force Members (Wholesaler) located in field sales territories, as well as a Regional Sales Associate working within a sales division. A typical day may include you providing marketing and administrative support while also making outbound calls to our advisors to schedule meetings with our wholesaler.

  • You have a solid background in sales/marketing experience including cold calling and interested in the investment industry.
  • You’ve had previous experience coordinating large complex meetings and events involving participants in multiple locations, compiling meeting agendas, reserving meeting spaces and arranging all details.
  • You are organized and have a conscious process that you rely upon to ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
  • Your background includes plenty of examples of times when you’ve taken initiative to raise issues, solve problems and get things done.
  • You are highly observant and have a great amount of anticipation. This helps you prepare materials in a comprehensive manner, ensuring nothing is missed, like when completing compliance documents or wholesaler expenses.
  • You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where critical thinking effective communication, proactive teamwork is essential for success.
  • You are proficient in Salesforce and know how to create reports, run lists, and take ownership of data integrity.
  • You leverage Excel to manipulate data, answer questions, create reports and solve problems.
  • You have a bachelor’s degree.
